On June 9th at 6 p.m. KST, EXID‘s Solji returned to share a heart-wrenching summer song!
Her solo ballad track, written and composed by LOOGONE, is called “Rains Again” and explores the feelings of someone after ending a relationship, when the pain has dulled enough and the heart is ready to let go.
Its music video features the singer reflecting on the progression of her past love after a rainshower triggers a flood of memories. The falling rain becomes a symbol of washing away her emotional burdens and starting again with a clean slate.
This single album marks Solji’s first step back into music after her promotions for “Me & You” with EXID back in 2019.
