YG Entertainment has confirmed they will be debuting a new girl group this year!
On February 27th, a Korean news outlet reported that the famous label was preparing for the debut of a new girl group in the second part of this year. As a result, YG Entertainment confirmed the news by stating that they were in fact going to debut a new girl group, but that details of the group and debut would be released later through an official statement. However, they also stated that the news wasn’t coming immediately as they are currently focusing on new albums for BLACKPINK and WINNER.
Meanwhile, it is well known that YG Entertainment is also preparing for the official debut of the upcoming boy group TREASURE.
