WINNER‘s Yoon is the star of a solo photoshoot for ELLE magazine’s newest issue!
Looking like the absolute definition of chic, Yoon made the perfect model for the new photoshoot. His patterns were kept simple with only one or two bold patterns to offset minimalist colors and luxurious fabrics. The elegant lines of the clothing spoke to the high-end brands Yoon was modeling: Salvatore Ferragamo, Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello, Ermenegildo Zegna, Lemaire, Celine, Alexander McQueen, and more.
While not showing off his cool poses and dreamy, poetic air, he also sat down with the magazine for an interview to talk about what he’s doing right now and more. Since WINNER is currently on a hiatus, Yoon stated that he is enjoying his time off and doing simple things like going to cafes, working on music, drawing pictures, exercising with friends, and more.
Yoon also talked about how far he has come since first appearing as a contestant on “Superstar K2” 10 years ago at the age of 16 (in international age). He said that looking back, he realizes how far he has come as a singer and that it makes him feel proud. He stated that he has always tried to keep improving and feels he has been able to do so through each album, so he knows that his growth has come through consistent practice. When thinking of the future, he said he wants to show off his solo album quickly. Although he can’t talk about it in detail, he believes the album will show his growth and change over the past ten years as it will combine various styles and genres. He also revealed that he hopes to keep acting and has been taking acting classes and preparing a lot.
