On September 25th at 6 p.m. KST, monster rookies XODIAC returned with their second mini-album, SOME DAY.
The synth-pop title track “OUR DAYS” opens with a guitar riff followed by rhythmic drums and a refreshing feeling. The song highlights XODIAC’s vocal harmonies and various charms with many musical variations that keep the arrangement fresh.
Its lyrics center on the idea of having an unwavering heart while conveying an uplifting message of beautiful friendship and chasing dreams together even when faced with challenges.
“OUR DAYS” encourages you to stick with your friends on the road to your dreams and don’t give up. Then, like darkness before sunrise — no matter how difficult the future may be — there will eventually be a bright morning.
It is a special youth healing song with a positive message for everyone regardless of age. Correspondingly, the music video depicts XODIAC’s dazzling image of youth rising from troubled times and soaring to glory.
SOME DAY contains five tracks and continues the atmosphere of the previous single “HEYDAY.” It also includes two unit songs that showcase the diverse musical sensibilities of XODIAC.
