WATCH: WEi’s Yohan and CHEEZE Make Longing Melodies With “Blue In You” MV

On September 22 at 6 p.m. KST, Kim Yohan gifted fans with a new single on his birthday featuring singer CHEEZE!

“Blue In You” was a movie soundtrack originally sung by Kim Hyunchul and Lee Sora in 1992. It was written by Lee Hyunseung and composed by Kim Hyunchul, singing about love fading away between two people.

This is Yohan’s second digital single after his solo debut “No More” which was released in 2020. He debuted as an idol in 2019 after participating in the wildly popular trainee survival show “Produce X 101” and securing a spot on the winning line-up that composed X1. After X1’s unexpected disbandment, he made a comeback as a solo artist before re-debuting in WEi in October 2020.

Katherine grew up watching Korean dramas and other Asian shows. Although she first learned to appreciate Korean music through OSTs broadcasted locally, it wasn’t until 2011 that she properly paid attention to K-pop. She holds a fondness for SEVENTEEN and NCT and would recommend (G)I-DLE, Dreamcatcher, and XG to whoever cared to listen. She reads just about anything and is currently easing back into full novels.
