Wanna One is finally making their comeback!
The group’s special album 1÷χ=1 (Undivided) has officially been released as of June 4th at 6 PM KST, and fans can currently check out the music video for their new single “Light” on YouTube.
Each album released by the group thus far has had a mathematical theme, and this time around, the boys use division as a metaphor for a love that cannot be divided.
Title song “Light” pulls its influences from a number of genres, fusing uptempo dance house, UK garage pop, and a trap rhythm. The music video, filled with plenty of stars, convey the romantic “You light me up.” message of the song.
The album is getting a particularly large amount of attention for the collaborations involved. Celebrity musicians featured as producers in the release include Block B’s Zico, Dynamic Duo, Heize, and Nell.
Meanwhile, the group will be promoting the album with their first ever international headlining series “Wanna One World Tour,” which they began on June 1st at the Gocheok Skydome in Seoul.
