UNI.T has officially dropped a music video for their newest song “I Mean (난말야).”
On September 18th, UNI.T unveiled their final comeback music video as a group. “I Mean” is an upbeat, retro-disco track that was produced by Brave Brothers, Red Cookie, and Chakun. The song’s lyrics depict an honest, stomach-fluttering feeling of love that makes the girls question their own instincts. However, they can’t hold it in anymore and make a loud and proud confession to their crush!
While the song’s lyrics continue to say “I mean, I mean” in an attempt to casually speak to their crush, it’s actually a play-on-words of the phrase 난말야 , meaning “my words” (or the same as the word for “horse”). Because of this cute circumstance, the members are seen doing a little “horse” dance during the chorus of the song.
UNI.T is a group made up of the top nine female winners from SBS‘s idol competition survival program, “The Unit.” UNI.T consists of the members Woohee (Dal Shabet), Jiwon (former SPICA), Yoonjo (former Hello Venus), ZN (Laboum), N.CA (solo), Euijin (Sonamoo), Yebin (DIA), Hyunjoo (former APRIL), and Suji (former The Ark). This UNI.T comeback serves as their finale.
