Uhm Jung Hwa is finally back!
On December 12th, the talented singer made a successful comeback with her new song and MV, “Ending Credit.” The legendary singer nonchalantly embraced her age and long career via a song that talks about a lonely woman who is looking back on her triumphant career as a famous singer during her younger years.
The MV itself also echoes this theme as Ms. Uhm is seen as if in a movie, dressed in retro style and reliving the past as a queen of music. The only difference in the character of the song and the singer herself is that Ms. Uhm continues to be a famous singer and is very much adored by the Korean public to this day.
“Ending Credit” is the title track off the singer’s newest album, The Cloud Dream of the Nine. The track was written by Primary and Suran. Many other talented songwriters, singers, and producers worked on the album as well, including Kenzie and Lee Hyori.
