JYP Entertainment’s resident girl group TWICE released their sensational title track “Alcohol-Free” on June 9th at 6p.m. KST.
The song is a fresh summer dance track that describes the magical moment of falling in love and combines hip-hop and bossa nova. Nylon guitar and percussion instruments give the song a Latin flare as the chorus add to the fun by listing off names of sweet wines and cocktails.
The music video captures TWICE’s distinctive color in various video transitions and beautiful scenery. It uses the process of making cocktails as a metaphor for being drunk on love and contains performances with trendy Latin-inspired touches, further adding to the excitement of the song.
TWICE’s tenth mini-album Taste Of Love will be released on June 11th KST and features songs written by members Jihyo, Nayeon, Sana, and Dahyun.
