Actor Lee Min Ki is back on television with the new drama”Because This is My First Life.” Actress Jung So Min (“Father is Strange”) also joins the mega-star. This will be his awaited comeback after five years since he acted in the series “Shut Up Flower Boy Band”.
The drama is about Nam See Hee (Lee Min Ki), a man in his thirties who has no plans on marrying. He owns a home, but he also owes a lot on his mortgage. Yoon Ji Ho (Jung So Min) is also single and in her thirties and struggle with her daily finances as well. She does not have a place of her own and envies those that do have one.
The story begins when Yoon Ji Ho and Nam See Hee become housemates, living together in Nam See Hee’s house.
The plot centers on the different point of views of the characters as they face careers, marriage, and relationships.
The series is directed by Park Joon Hwa (“Let’s Eat”) and written by Yoon Nan Joong (“Flower Boy Ramen Shop”). It will begin airing on tvN this coming October 9th, replacing “Argon.”
