BoA‘s upcoming film, entitled “Autumn Sonata”, has been set to release on October 19th!
BoA plays Soo Ryun, a woman who falls in love with a younger man named Joon (Lee Hak Joo). Although she wants to begin a new life with him, she cannot accept his love since she believes she doesn’t have much time to live. Her father (Oh Kwang Rok) died from a disease when she was younger, and she expects her fate to be like that of her father.
Director Lim Wang Tae is a director who first gained attention when he was received an award at the Busan Asian Short Film Festival for his film “Visitor” in 2002. ” After a few small projects in later years as the main director, “Autumn Sonata” will now mark his first feature film. The movie was released via the Jeonju International Film Festival where all tickets were sold out.
Will these two lovers find their happy ending or not? Will Joon win over Soo Ryun’s affections?
