On August 7th at 6 p.m. KST, THE BOYZ made a comeback with another studio album along with a music video for its title track, “LIP GLOSS!”
Co-written by members Sunwoo and Eric, the song longingly wishes for a kiss from someone they fell in love with which will make them feel like receiving a precious gift during Christmas. Moon Yeoreum, Gusten Dahlqvist, Didrik Thott, and Jam Factory penned its lyrics while Gusten Dahlqvist and Didrik Thott composed the track.
[PHANTASY] Pt.1 Christmas in August is the group’s second studio album and is part of their “PHANTASY” trilogy. It includes six tracks in total: “LIP GLOSS,” “Passion Fruit,” “Lighthouse,” “Julie’s Law (Fantasize),” “Fire Eyes,” and ” Fairy Tale.”
THE BOYZ’s previously released a full album in February 2020 (REVEAL) and had returned earlier this year with their eighth mini-album (BE AWAKE).
