WATCH: The Boys Of “The Unit” Drop “Last One” Music Video

“The Unit” has dropped another music video to showcase their incredible lineup of idols and other celebrities, but this time, it’s the boys turn!

On October 20th KST, the “Last One” music video was released on The Unit’s official Naver V LIVE channel. The boys’ half of The Unit’s extended lineup show off their dancing skills through a catchy electro-pop track which is highlighted by select members’ voices.

“The Unit” is an upcoming KBS “idol-reboot” program which takes just over a hundred singers and artists (male and female) who have already made their debut in entertainment in some way and puts them through trials and competition against one another. In a similar manner to programs such as “Produce 101,” the end of the “The Unit” will create two new groups, one female and one male, with 10 members in each that will promote for roughly seven months before returning to their respective groups and companies.

Members of groups such as Boyfriend, HOTSHOT, U-KISS, BigStar, MYNAME, Snuper, Boy’s Republic, IM, SPEED, MYNAME, A-JAX, TopSecret, 100%, S.M. Rookies, Topp Dogg, MADTOWN, B.I.G, and A.C.E have been either confirmed to be part of the show or otherwise spotted in the music videos. Not only idols are involved, however, as some solo artists and rappers have shown themselves! For example, TROY member and solo rapper KANTO surprised viewers as he stands among the top nine boys in both videos

“The One” follows the original music video that was dropped, titled “My Turn,” that was released on October 13th and gave a first look as to which female and male idols have made it past initial auditions. A “girl contestant only” music video has not been revealed or teased yet, but is expected sometime in the near future.

The first episode of “The Unit” will air on October 28th KST!
