Super Junior‘s Donghae stars in the “The Heart You Hurt” music video by Indonesian singer Rossa alongside actor Dion Wiyoko!
Originally released in 2009, the song talks about the painful end of a relationship where one must leave to save themselves from further suffering because of a cheating partner. It experienced a resurgence of popularity in 2020 after the pop star posted a Korean version called “Sangcheo Badeun Maeum” on her SNS accounts. Due to the overwhelming response, Rossa decided to release the song as an official single.
On March 31st KST, a music video for the track was revealed where Donghae plays Rossa’s close friend who is secretly pining for her. When Rossa’s boyfriend, played by Dion Wiyoko, suddenly breaks up with her, things take a turn.
Super Junior and Rossa are both signed under SM Entertainment. Back in 2019, she sang her own track “Tegar” in a performance with Yesung and Ryeowook during the Jakarta concert for the group’s “Super Show 7S” world tour.
Super Junior recently made a comeback with their 10th studio album The Renaissance and its title track, “House Party.” Special videos for “Raining Spell For Love” (Remake version), “Burn The Floor,” and “Tell Me Baby” were also released ahead of their return.
