Super Junior is celebrating their 15th year together as a group! As a way to mark this sentimental day, the group pre-released a music video for “The Melody” at November 6th, 6 p.m. KST.
The medium tempo song is off their upcoming 10th album and has lyrics co-written by members Leeteuk and Yesung. It bring nostalgia as it sings about the journey that took them here, the uncertainties of tomorrow, and a wish to continue singing together in the future.
The accompanying music video further evokes sentimentality by featuring snapshots of the group throughout the years, heavily featuring emotional moments shared together with their devoted fans.
Label SJ has confirmed that Super Junior’s upcoming album will be released this December, nearly a year after dropping TIMELESS in January 2020.
Meanwhile, the group will be holding “Beyond LIVE – SUPER JUNIOR 15th Anniversary Special Event – Invitation” tomorrow on V Live at 5 p.m. KST. Ticketing will start at 3 p.m. KST through V Live and YES24.
