SF9 is back with new music!
On August 19th at 6 p.m. KST, the group released the 14th mini-album FANTASY and the music video for its title track.
“Don’t Worry, Be Happy” is a pop dance song with a trendy blend of bass and brass along with rhythmic synthesizers. The nostalgic yet sophisticated sensibility brings together each member’s unique vocals.
The song conveys the message of forgetting the pain after a breakup and sincerely wishing for the other person’s happiness. SF9 members Youngbin and Hwiyoung in particular participated in the songwriting process.
In the music video, the members’ refreshing visuals glow under the hot sun accompanied by their rhythmic performances. An interesting guide including different methods on “How to get over a break up” is presented by the group.
FANTASY is the start of a new album trilogy for SF9’s fan club of the same name. It serves as a thank you for the past nine years of support. This comeback sees SF9 promote as a five-member group due to Jaeyoon and Dawon‘s military service as well as Zuho‘s current busy schedule.
