WATCH: SEVENTEEN’s Hip-Hop Unit Creates Havoc In “LALALI” MV

Amid their promotional activities for “MAESTRO,” SEVENTEEN just dropped a new music video for b-side “LALALI” on May 10th at midnight KST.

The song is the hip-hop unit track from the group’s BEST ALBUM ’17 IS RIGHT HERE’ and expresses the team’s confidence that they can do anything. With an aggressive EDM foundation and boom-bap elements, the striking dubstep sound is paired with rebellious lyrics that express the members’ carefree, self-assured attitudes.

Rappers S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, and Vernon penned the lyrics with SEVENTEEN resident producers Woozi and Bumzu while the latter also composed and arranged the energetic track.

The music video follows the four hip-hop unit members as they interact with various kinds of people in humorous and unexpected ways, resulting in a whole lot of craziness and fun.

SEVENTEEN will drop two more music videos for the other BEST ALBUM ’17 IS RIGHT HERE’ unit tracks, with the performance team’s “Spell” and vocal team’s “Cheers to youth” planned for release on the 17th and 24th KST, respectively.
