On April 29th at midnight KST, trending boy group RIIZE revealed additional B-Sides from their upcoming June mini-album RIIZING along with their music videos!
The first track “9 Days” is a dance song with energetic synths and drums and an infectious melody that makes you feel like you’re in the middle of a festival. The lyrics express the determination to keep going and to pursue your dreams even though you’re so busy that a week feels like nine days.
Meanwhile, “One Kiss” is a nostalgic-sounding mid-tempo pop song with magnificent strings and powerful drums that create heartwarming emotions. It has a strong impact as it is RIIZE’s first fan song, and conveys the promise of unwavering love with a single kiss — more than any words — after a happy day together.
Another track, “Honestly” is an R&B pop song with soft, dreamy synth pads, trap drum beats, and luscious vocals. It tells the story of saying goodbye to a love that has been hurting you, and using that love for yourself instead. The live clip of the track is set to drop on May 1st KST.
The music video for “9 Days” captures RIIZE’s youthful days together in various places including the practice room, filming locations, and on stage. The “One Kiss” MV features memories from the group’s time in Lisbon, Portugal where they filmed the music video for the prologue track, “Impossible.”
All the songs are available now to listen to and purchase on streaming sites, with the rest of the mini-album including its physical release expected sometime in June.
