WATCH: Red Velvet’s Seulgi Treads An Eerie Path In “28 Reasons” MV

Red Velvet‘s Seulgi makes a haunting debut on October 4th KST with a music video for “28 Reasons”!

The song, described by SMTOWN as “a pop dance song with a signature groovy and heavy bass and whistling sound,” paints the story of a sweet-bitter love that taunts a paramour. It was written by Jeon Jieun (lalala studio), January 8 (lalala studio), Jo Yoonkyung, and Yoo Youngjin while Sean Kennedy, Johan Fransson, Henrik Goranson, Yoo Youngjin, and Kriz composed the music.

Kang Seulgi’s solo album, also titled 28 Reasons, features a total of six songs that display her distinct musical color and concept. She initially debuted with Red Velvet in August 2014 and is currently part of two sub-units, Red Velvet – Irene & Seulgi and SM project group GOT the beat.
