On January 22nd at 6 p.m. KST, TWS finally made their much-anticipated debut with their first mini-album along with a music video for its title track, “plot twist!”
The song is a hybrid pop song about the nervousness and excitement that accompanies a first meeting. It was written by ASURENAI, Brother Su, Jin Jeon, BuildingOwner, and Glenn while WASURENAI, Jin Jeon, Ohway!, Nmore, Heon Seo, BuildingOwner, Glenn, T-SK, and YouthK composed the track.
Sparkling Blue contains five songs in total including the pre-released single, “Oh Mymy : 7s.” This album showcases the group’s genre of music called “Boyhood Pop” which expands the image of a youthful and refreshing teen identity while expressing appreciation of everyday life.
TWS, which stands for “TWENTY FOUR SEVEN WITH US” and pronounced “to us,” is a six-member boy group under Pledis Entertainment. They will be debuting with “Sparkling Blue” on January 22nd KST and are the first boy group to be introduced under the agency since SEVENTEEN was officially launched in 2015.
