K-pop’s rising virtual boy group PLAVE returns with a new digital single on August 20th at 6 p.m. KST!
“Pump Up The Volume!” is a song with an energetic band sound and a retro-feeling melody. The song goes well with summer, further showcasing PLAVE’s emerging musical color and containing youthful lyrics along with analog sensibilities.
The track’s genesis dates back to June when, during a live broadcast, the members of PLAVE composed the song on the spot. Now, “Pump Up The Volume!” is finally released!
In the music video, romantic visuals and a storyline like a youth movie are revealed. It continues to build on the group’s unique concept and lore established since their debut. The “Pump Up The Volume!” MV tells the story of the members camping in the desert on Asterum and communicating with fans on Terra (Earth) through the radio.
Youngjae of boy group GOT7 and veteran television personality Park Myung Soo make guest appearances in the MV.
