PENTAGON has returned with a music video for their new track “Like This.”
On September 6th at 6 p.m. KST, the music video was dropped on PENTAGON’s official YouTube Channel as well as their Naver V-LIVE channel. The song is a beautiful, soft-EDM track with dynamic pattern changes and emotional lyrics that pull you in. The music video shows each member expressing their emotions while in aesthetic outdoor sets, as well as running through fields and urban settings, just as the lyrics convey.
“Like This” was written by leader Hui along with producer Flow Blow. Hui has been very active as a song producer recently, and is also responsible for the writing and composition of Wanna One‘s hit tracks “Never” and “Energetic.” The rap portions were self written by the rappers of the group E-dawn, Yuto, and Wooseok. This comeback also marks the return of member YanAn who was out of the last comeback due to a hand injury.
PENTAGON had also released a short music video for their track “When I Was In Love” a few days prior.
“Like This” is the title track of PENTAGON’s 4th mini album DEMO_01, which came out on September 6th at 6 p.m. KST. All five tracks of the mini album had at least one member of the group involved in the composition. Some tracks were even completely written by the members themselves!
