On October 10th at 6 p.m. KST, PENTAGON released a digital single and music video for their anniversary, “With UNIVERSE!”
Written by Hui, Wooseok, and Yuto, the song dwells on the memories made between PENTAGON and their fandom, Universe, including the group’s sincere gratitude to those who have walked with them since their debut in 2016. It also contains the members’ promise that they will continue to stay by each other’s side as they walk towards the future. Members Hui and Wooseok also composed the track.
Earlier this month, Cube Entertainment informed fans that Yeo One, Yan An, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok have opted to not renew their contracts with the agency. However, the members took to social media to reassure fans that they are still part of PENTAGON and dispelled any worries about disbandment.
