On November 4th at 6 p.m. KST, Park Jihoon underwent a significant transformation with the release of his new album and its accompanying music video for “GOTCHA.”
“GOTCHA” puts a spicier twist on the singer’s usual sweet and youthful image by showcasing him as a cocky miscreant who sings about making his way to steal someone’s heart. The lyrics were written by Tenzo and Kebee while Alawn, Iggy, Tenzo, and N!ko composed the track which boasts an interesting infusion of Latin, pop, and hip-hop.
Park Jihoon’s first full album titled MESSAGE features 10 new titles and comes in three different versions. Talented artists such as Penomeco, Punchnello, and more lent their voices to some of the songs, gifting fans with riveting collaborations to listen to.
The singer previously returned with The W and its lead single called “Wing” earlier in May. He currently stars in a drama based off a hit webtoon series called “Love Revolution” where he plays an adorable lovestruck highschooler, Gong Juyong. It airs every Thursday and Sunday at 5 p.m. KST on Naver Series On, KakaoTalk‘s Kakao TV Channel, and #KakaoTV Tap.
