NU’EST W is back with a stunning new music video!
On November 26th at 6 p.m. KST, the Pledis Entertainment group dropped the music video for “HELP ME.” With a strong chorus that shines clearly with NU’EST’s famous high, clear vocals, the track then provides a unique contrast within the chorus with a deep-toned rap and throaty tone. The beautiful contrast on the fusion R&B track manages to make both parts just stand out even more, engaging fans from the very first listen. As the song is supposed to present two contrasting elements of poetic lyrics and a sharp melody as one, the arrangement of the chorus seeks to emphasis the two elements, showing that music can communicate a story even without lyrics.
Meanwhile, the music video itself is visually stunning, providing a beautiful watch that just brings an emphasis to the dual elements in the powerful song.
“HELP ME” is the title track off NU’EST W’s new mini-album WAKE,N. The label describes the album as having two meanings: “waking up from the sleep” and “waking up the emotion.”
