NCT Dream has dropped their new MV, “We Young.”
On August 17th, the adorable rookie band from SMTOWN dropped the new title track and video. The label describes the song as “a tropical house genre song where you can feel the summer season’s passion and cool ambience.”
The cute video manages to perfectly capture the purity and innocence of youth. Surrounded by fantastical images, the guys sing to a young girl about enjoying the present and not worrying about tomorrow. With lyrics like “I’ll be your friend whenever and forever” and “When we become adults, will we still be able to remember this feeling?”, the lyrics have a nostalgic feeling of youth that is caught up in the excitement of young love and just able to be happy in the moment.
“We Young” is the title track off NCT Dream’s first mini-album of the same name.
