LUCY is back with their second EP Blue and title track “Rolling Rolling” on December 7th at 6 p.m. KST.
The indie-rock quartet’s latest song features a cheerful violin, funky bass licks, and rhythmical drum sounds. The lyrics were written by bassist and vocalist Wonsang, offering an inspiring message to those of us wearily going through our endlessly busy lives. It calls on us to take take charge of today and rest by recalling the joyful things we may have forgotten for a while.
Wonsang also composed the song with producers Younghoon and O.Yeon who all arranged the song with Jihwan of production group YENEVARA which Wonsang is a part of.
The music video expands on the song’s inspirational message as it follows various types of people mindlessly going through life. Each person follows the advice suggested in the lyrics, stepping away from their busy schedules to reflect on the individual things that brings them joy.
