WATCH: Lee Chae Yeon Is Confused About Love In “Don’t” MV

Songstress Lee Chae Yeon is back with her third mini-album SHOWDOWN and the music video for its title track on July 3rd at 6 p.m. KST!

“Don’t” is a dance song in the 2-step genre that incorporates the vibration and ringtone sounds of a cell phone into the music. The lyrics that create an addictive melody talk about the ambivalence of breaking up, expressing the duality of saying “don’t call me” when you really mean to say, “please call me.”

Lee Chaeyeon participated in writing lyrics for “Don’t” alongside RBW producers Seo Yong Bae and Yoo Jooyi (formerly known as Cosmic Girl).

Filmed in Los Angeles, the music video features the panoramic natural scenery and magnificent architecture of the city. Lee Chaeyeon brings in some extra heat with a powerful performance under the hot LA sun.

Lee Chaeyeon lives up to her “all-rounder” and “performance queen” titles with her third mini-album, SHOWDOWN, showcasing her ongoing musical growth and story.
