On October 17th at 12 a.m. KST, LE SSERAFIM pre-released the music video for their comeback track, “ANTIFRAGILE”!
The pop song has an Afro-Latin style with a heavy Latin rhythm. It conveys the message that the difficulties only enable their growth and that they will emerge stronger after surviving such harsh trials. Bang Sihyuk produced the track alongside 13, Sir Nolan, and Alex Billo.
ANTIFRAGILE, which will drop later at 6 p.m. KST, is the group’s second mini-album and it contains five songs in total. Member Yunjin wrote lyrics for three titles while Sakura wrote for one. As of October 15th KST, distributor YG Plus announced that the pre-orders for the EP have surpassed over 600,000 which is nearly double the amount the group had for their previous album.
LE SSERAFIM debuted as a six-member group in May 2022 with the album and title track, “Fearless.” Member Garam officially left the group in July while Chaewon, Sakura, Yunjin, Kazuha, Eunchae proceeded to promote as five.
