On April 13th at 6 p.m. KST, Kang Daniel came back strong with the release of his mini-album and the music video for his title track, “Antidote.”
The song’s lyrics, co-written by the singer himself with JQ, Lee Yeonji, and J14, sings about the feeling of being suffocated and begging for a reprieve. Anthony Pavel and MZMC composed the music alongside Jonathan Hoskins who also arranged the track.
Yellow is Kang Daniels’ third mini-album and it follows the color theme of his previous EPs, Cyan and Magenta. His special album titled Color On Me also shares the reference. Yellow contains a total of five songs, including the pre-release track, “Paranoia,” and comes in two physical versions.
