On October 7th at 6 p.m. KST, Jo Yuri officially began her journey as a solo singer with the release of a single album and its music video titled, “GLASSY.”
The track was written by Hwang Yunbin and composed by Park Woosang, Bottle Paik, Boran, and Inner Child (Monotree). Its lyrics describe how giddy someone makes her feel and its pastel-filled music video encapsulates the sweet, child-like excitement of youthful love.
The single album, GLASSY, also features two more B-side tracks “Express Moon” and the CD-only collaboration with Lee Seokhoon, “Autumn Memories.”
Jo Yuri is a former member of the hit project group IZ*ONE. She took third place in “Produce 48” in the final line-up and had previously participated in another trainee survival show, “Idol School.”
