On October 11th at 6 p.m. KST, JINI launched a new beginning in her career by releasing her first solo album along with the music video for her title track, “C’mon!”
The upbeat song describes the intoxicating excitement of being with their lover and was written by JBACH, Kaelyn Behr, MZMC, and Aminé. Meanwhile, JBACH, Kaelyn Behr, MZMC, and Jay Kim all worked together to compose the track.
An Iron Hand In A Velvet Glove is JINI’s debut album as a soloist and features five songs in total: ” Here We Go Again,” “C’mon (Feat . Aminé),” “Dancing With The Devil,” “Bad Reputation,” and “C’mon (Feat. Aminé) – Korean Ver).”
JINI, formerly known as Jinni, debuted as part of JYP Entertainment‘s NMIXX in January 2022. She left the group and the agency later in December before hinting at her comeback as an artist in April this year by signing with a new company.
