Jessi lit up the night on October 13th at 12 a.m. KST with a music video featuring dance crews from the hit reality dance show, “Street Woman Fighter”!
Its lyrics, which was written by Bobblehead and Jessi, express an assertive and self-confident message that is in line with the rapper’s upfront personality. While the song itself was released a few hours prior (on October 12th at 6 p.m. KST), the choreography was revealed after the “Street Woman Fighter”episode aired that night in order to avoid spoiling the results.
The six remaining teams on the show had been previously introduced to “Cold Blooded” and were challenged to create a routine to match the song. Jessi herself will be choosing the choreography she liked best while fans were encouraged to support their favorites by streaming and liking the team’s dance video.
“Street Woman Fighter” is a survival dance show under Mnet where eight all-female crews battle it out by showcasing their propensity to create choreographies and to skillfully execute different types of street dances. It airs every Tuesday at 10:20 p.m. KST with MC Kang Daniel and including veteran artist BoA and NCT leader Taeyong as part of the panel of judges.
Jessi is Korean-American rapper who is currently signed with PSY’s agency, P Nation. She was a prominent character in the female rap survival show “Unpretty Rapstar” and has debuted with project groups Unnies and Refund Sisters.
