On October 25th at 6 p.m. KST, rapper Jessi released her latest track and music video called “Gum!”
Written by Jessi herself alongside Bobblehead, ILLSON, Kameron Glasper, Randall “Kaine” Hammers, the upbeat song describes Jessi’s evolving charisma by likening them to flavors of gum and expresses her signature confident demeanor. Jessi also co-composed the song with The Stereotypes and 9am.
The digital single is Jessi’s first release after moving to Jay Park‘s agency, MORE VISION. She parted ways with P NATION in July 2022 after being their artist for three years and signed with the newly established agency in April 2023.
