JBJ95 is back!
On August 6th at 6 p.m. KST, the talented duo returned with a new mini-album as well as a music video for their title track, “Spark,”
The song describes the a feeling that eventually blossoms into falling in love with someone. Member Sanggyun wrote lyrics for the song as well as two other tracks in the album.
Their third mini-album has a tracklist that is comprised of five tracks: “Spark,” “In The Morning,” ”Unreal,” “Hey, Summer,” and “Crush.”
Takada Kenta and Kim Sanggyun, were both participants in the hit survival show, “Produce 101 Season 2” and were originally part of a project group trio called JBJ.
After the disbandment of the temporary team, the two decided to promote permanently as a duo. They went through fan-submitted names before choosing to keep the name “JBJ” as a homage to their old group and adding “95” in reference to their birth year.
JBJ95 debuted in 2018 with the album, Home, and most recently promoted with the title track, “Awake” in March 2019.
