On August 22nd at 6 p.m. KST, IVE returned with their latest single album and a music video for its title track, “After LIKE”!
“After LIKE” is a youthful and confident declaration of love which complements the feeling of late summer. According to their agency, Starship Entertainment, the track builds on the story of their previous comeback with “LOVE DIVE,” a song about decisively letting themselves fall in love.
The song was written by Seo Ji-eum and IVE member Rei and was composed by Anders Nilsen, André Jensen, D. Fekaris, F. Perren, Iselin Solheim, Seo Ji-eum, and Ryan Jhun. After LIKE is the third single album by IVE and also showcases the B-side track, “My Satisfaction.”
IVE is a six-member group composed of ex-IZ*ONE members Yujin and Wonyoung, along with fresh faces Gaeul, Liz, Rei, and Leeseo. Their debut track “Eleven” dropped in April 2021 and enjoyed a great reception from the public. Meanwhile, this year’s comeback with “LOVE DIVE” further cemented their place as a strong contender amongst the fierce competition in K-pop.
