IU‘s new song “BBI BBI” has been unveiled!
The singer released her new digital single, as well as the accompanying music video, on October 10 at 6 PM KST to celebrate her 10 year debut anniversary with her fans.
“BBI BBI” is the singer’s very first foray into the ‘urban R&B’ genre and has a modern sound and addictive melody with a vocal part that is uniquely IU. The song sends a pleasant yet succinct message to people who are cold and downright rude when in a relationship.
To tie the song back to the significance of her anniversary, IU teamed up with songwriter Lee Jong Hoon, who worked with the singer on her very first single “Mia” 10 years prior.
