IONE has presented a new release!
On September 6th KST, the soloist dropped his first ever mini-album called Idea and released a music video for its title track which shares the same name.
“Idea” is an earnest song about promising his love to someone and assuring that person that he wants no one else. It shows off his impressively clear vocals and effectively channels the emotional message of the lyrics.
In the corresponding music video, he shows off dynamic choreography and precise execution that his former group was well-known for.
The mini-album contains five tracks in total, the lead song “Idea,” “Unreal,” “Whatever,” “Back,” and an instrumental version of the title track.
IONE was formerly known as SPEED‘s Taeha and went by the name Sungjong during his stint as a contestant in YG Entertainment‘s idol reality show “MIXNINE.” He debuted as a solo artist in 2016 with a digital single,”Back.”
