ORIGINAL: It looks like INFINITE‘s talented leader Kim Sunggyu is finally ready for a return to the music scene as a solo artist, this time with a full album!

On February 13th, a short teaser video titled “김성규(Kim Sung Kyu) COMEBACK Teaser” was posted on Woollim Entertainment‘s official YouTube and Naver V-LIVE channels. It dropped the news that Kim Sunggyu would be making his return as a solo artist once again, and the video shows Sunggyu talking diligently with a producer about the album.

Sunggyu originally made his solo debut back in November of 2012 with the song “60 seconds” as well as “I Need You” and mini album titled Another Me. He followed up, three years later, with the mini album, 27, and two more music videos. Sunggyu had previously revealed, in INFINITE’s first V-Live after returning from hiatus during contract negotiations, that he had been working on new music during that time. Sunggyu is known for his music to be a unique, yet smooth, conglomeration of that distinct retro-techno “INFINITE” sound, emotional ballad, and classic rock. Therefore, fans in comment sections have said they look forward to hear more, other than the small clip of audio at the end of the video below.
