INFINITE‘s Jang Dongwoo has made his official solo debut!
On March 4th, the talented artist dropped two music videos for his solo debut. “News” is the title track off Dongwoo’s album. It has a sophisticated, sexy feeling where Dongwoo shows a mature, artistic side as a singer. Meanwhile, the music video has dark colors that add to the sensual feeling of the song as Dongwoo shows off his trademark dance moves.
In the catchy, EDM-influenced “Party Girl,” Dongwoo sings about seeing a girl he is interested in but knowing he doesn’t need a party girl. The song has a catchy, sexy concept that suits Dongwoo’s vibe as a musician.
Both tracks are from Dongwoo’s album, entitled Bye. This is his first solo album and may very well be his last music release before enlisting in the military. He applied to serve as a conscripted policeman, taking his test on February 13th. If he qualifies, he will be required to enlist within 5-7 months. If he doesn’t pass the examinations, he will need to enlist as an active duty soldier very soon.
