SF9 rapper and vocalist HWI YOUNG released his first single album Travelling Fish and the music video for the title track “IT IS L0VE ♥” on June 20th at 6 p.m KST.
The pop genre song intuitively and honestly expresses the desire to fall in love and be with that person anytime and anywhere. HWIYOUNG’s emotional vocals convey the message of loving someone without regrets, even if today is the last day you can see them.
HWIYOUNG was the sole lyricist for “IT IS L0VE ♥” and composed the track with producer Go Jin Young. Additionally, the SF9 member participated in writing and composing every song on Travelling Fish which includes his previous digital singles “Drive5” and “HBD.”
The single album has added meaning as it not only marks HWIYOUNG’s first solo physical release but also the first solo album by a member of SF9.
