Highlight has made their comeback!
On November 20th at 6 p.m. KST, the popular group dropped the music video for “Loved.” The emotional track has a mature sound, yet still maintains a trendy aesthetic that proves just how relevant Highlight is even after all these years in the K-pop business.
The MV itself shows the members around sets that speak to past events or times, including a burned out car, an abandoned house, and more. The sets all work together to draw the image of a love and past that can’t be revisited. Overall, the bittersweet feeling of the song is perfectly captured in the gorgeous, yet haunting, music video.
“Loved” is the title track off the group’s new album, Outro. This comeback only includes four member as Yoon Doojoon is currently fulfilling his service in the military. However, he did participate some in the recording for the album.
