On February 14th at 6 p.m. KST, Girls’ Generation‘s leader and main vocalist Taeyeon returned with her third full solo album along with a music video, “INVU”!
The track is described by her agency as “a house-based song with a soft and dreamy synth sound and an impressive flute melody in the chorus.” It showcases an intense collection of emotions which is stirred by the frustration with one’s self and a resignation towards the irrational pull of love.
Her 13-piece album, INVU, features genres such as pop, ballad, and dance. Taeyeon herself helped write lyrics for her pre-released songs, “Can’t Control Myself” and “Weekend.”
