On November 9th at 6 p.m. KST, GFRIEND returned with their new album as well as the music video for the lead single, “MAGO.”
Members Eunha, Yuju, and Umji co-wrote the lyrics which sing about rejecting the rules that others try to impose and living freely as their genuine self without fear. Its accompanying music video complements the sound with a disco-themed production where the girls shine bright as they enjoy the night.
回:Walpurgis Night is the third and last installment of the “回” series, boasting a tracklist of 11 songs. All of the members participated in the creation process of the album, working alongside Big Hit founder, co-CEO, and producer Bang Sihyuk. This album marks the first time that the group divided into pairs to record unit songs “Better Me” (Sowon and Umji), “Night Drive” (Yuju and Eunha), and “Secret Diary” (Yerin and SinB).
GFRIEND released 回:Labyrinth in February and 回:Song of the Sirens in July.
