On July 10th at 6 p.m. KST, FTISLAND made their long-awaited comeback, “Serious,” along with its music video!
The song has a dark minimal atmosphere with an escalating feel of grandeur as it expresses a strong determination to continue pursuing their goals. FTISLAND, Illusion, Sooyoon, and Lee Euisoo wrote the lyrics and were joined by Jacob Aaron (THE HUB) to compose the track.
FTISLAND’s seventh full-length album features the double title tracks “BURN IT” and “Serious” and has a total of 10 songs that the band members helped write and compose. It aims to break stereotypes attached to FTISLAND while also depicting their desire to pursue their own path, to show their true selves, and to reject the image that the world has assigned to them.
SERIOUS is FTISLAND’s first album in nearly a year and their first studio album in approximately eight years since 2016. The band is celebrating their 17th year since their debut this 2024.
