Singer-songwriter and producer from20 released his third single album and it’s title track “Because It Will Be Faster For You To Forget Me Than Me Loving You” on August 2nd at 12 p.m. KST.
The song is a synth-pop record with candidly honest lyrics written by the singer himself, a one-sided goodbye to someone you no longer love.
It’s the former BIGSTAR member’s third release since debuting in March as “from20” and the first musical collaboration with The Faker Club labelmate and CEO, IMFACT’s Na Ungjae (also known as HELLO GLOOM). The pair composed and produced the track together while Ungjae additionally handled the musical arrangement.
from20 designed the album artwork in addition to directing and editing the song’s music video. It uses intense imagery and mild gore to express one’s navigation of escaping a relationship – where the feelings you once had have gone. Fellow The Faker Club artist/designer Sulju was in charge of styling, which further enhances the video’s vibe and atmosphere.
“Because It Will Be Faster For You To Forget Me Than Me Loving You” is available now on all streaming sites. Physical copies of the album are only available on The Faker Club official online store.
