On July 7th, Seongri, the former “Produce 101 Season 2” contestant and leader of the subsequent project group RAINZ, returned as a soloist with his second single, “My Angel.”
His new song utilizes the modern pop, R&B genre to uniquely express the emotions of a first love, interpreted by the singer’s own appealing and luxurious voice.
Following the disbandment of RAINZ in October 2018 after one year of promotions, Seongri released his first mini-album, entitled First Love, in April 2019, establishing himself as an up-and-coming vocalist and balladeer.
