EXO‘s Suho has released his first mini-album!
On March 30th, the talented singer and EXO leader released the music video for his title track, “Let’s Love (사랑, 하자).” The beautiful song is a soft ballad with electric guitar sounds that make the track both emotional and easy to listen to. The lyrics of the song talk about feeling alone and wanting to start over with the one you care about by committing to each other to love once more.
Meanwhile, the artistic video gives off a slightly sad feeling as it shows Suho in a variety of settings. Some sets are seen in poor condition, with art work broken apart and abandoned in the room. However, other sets are brighter and show more hope with beautiful artwork hanging on the wall once more.
“Let’s Love” is also the motto of EXO as a group and was invented by Suho himself in Korean, giving the track even more meaning. Although Suho has released a solo track through SM Station before, Self-Portrait is his first mini-album to be released and includes six tracks.
Upon the release of Suho’s MV and album, he quickly took over the top trends worldwide with hashtags like #LETSLOVESUHO, #SUHO, #SELFPORTRAIT, and more.
