EXO‘s Chen has released his debut music video as a solo artist!
On April 1st at 12 a.m. KST, the singer dropped the music video for his first ever title track, “Beautiful Goodbye.”
The song, which is an emotional ballad, sadly requests a lover to stay until April comes so that they can part ways in a beautiful way.
The accompanying music video features Chen as he sings his heart out in the middle of an open field while surrounded by performers who all look as if they are woodland nymphs, accompanying him in his time of sadness.
Chen’s first solo album, entitled April, and A Flower, is set to be released later in the day at 6 p.m. KST. It will be followed by a surprise busking event called “Chen’s April Busking” which will be broadcasted simultaneously on SMTOWN’s and EXO’s Naver V Live channels.
