Baekhyun has released a new MV!
On May 29th, EXO’s Baekhyun released a new live video for his new track “Love Again.” The song was recently released on Baekhyun’s comeback album, entitled Delight, while the video for “Love Again” was released on SM STATION. The medium-tempo pop ballad has heavy R&B influences with jazz-inspired piano stylings that make for a unique track within the K-pop genre and one that is perfect for Baekhyun’s velvet vocals.
The lyrics of the track express confusion over a lover’s decision to leave after promising true love. With lines like “I want to put everything back to the way it was, I’m where I’ve always been, I still love you,” the song is both sentimental and pure concerning the intentions of the singer. However, they also realize the need to close the door to the past if their lover refuses to return, “If you turn away now, we can never come back to this.”
